We are a Masonic Lodge based in Caerphilly South Wales under the auspices of the South Wales Province
We are about thirty two members and are one of approximately one hundred and fifty Lodges in the South Wales Province hosting over seven thousand Freemasons. Based in Caerphilly we are one of eight Masonic Lodges meeting in the Caerphilly Temple, Princes Avenue.
Our Lodge came in to existance in 1982, it was formed by members of other Lodges in the area who felt that a Lodge with a 'difference' was required; Firstly to accommodate members who may require assistance to conduct and partake in our ceremonies, and also to be a dining Lodge where only the best food and drinks are served under a formal setting. We are the only Lodge in Caerphilly where the members wives are encouraged to join us at the after meeting dinner, what we call the after proceedings.
